Shipping & Returns
We deliver to most residential, business and rural addresses in New Zealand. Delivery is between Monday and Friday. North Island urban addresses will incur a $4.00 shipping cost, for delivery to North Island rural addresses the cost will be $7.00. South Island urban addresses incur a $9.50 shipping cost, increasing to $12.50 for rural addresses.
Orders placed by 1:00pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day provided stock is on hand. For most urban locations, your order is "targeted" to be delivered by 5:00pm the next weekday after it has been dispatched. Please note however that delivery may be delayed during periods of high volume courier activity and during extreme weather events.
